We built Spot Roof Repair the other way around: repairs are the business, so we are fast at diagnosing them, honest about what they cost, and specific about what we found. If your roof genuinely has nothing left, we will show you the photos and say so — and you can take those photos to whoever you like.
How we work
- Find the actual entry point before quoting — attic checks and hose testing when needed.
- Rebuild the flashing, boot or underlayment that failed instead of burying it in sealant.
- Photograph before and after, and flag anything worth watching next season.
- Tarp active leaks the same day, then return for the permanent repair once the roof dries.
